Please note that USERRA (The Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act) does not have an employee threshold. All employers are obligated to comply. Holiday Pay. Holiday pay using happens during normal holidays including Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years and so on. Employees should check their companys policy on what holidays are included and if there are policies for full time versus part time workers in relation to holiday pay.
